Mines 1.082 VID, so it's not far off yours. Yet it does 920c | 1840s | 2250m on stock volts, and as I showed in my last post 950c | 1900s | 2250m totally game/bench stable @ 1.125v
You can also see there are guys with 1.000 VID cards can't hit 900 MHz on the core, and although may get to 950 MHz on say 0.0125v less than a higher VID card, still can't get much more than that when watercooled or with higher voltage.
I think core binning may not depend on VID but other properties too, and there is evidence of a MHz cap most can't push past regardless of VID/vGPU.
