Thanks The motivation was there. Cancer has played a very big role in my family's lives, with most men passing away before the age of 60. I heard that HFCC was coming to an end soon and at my current rate I wouldn't have managed Sapphire before the deadline. It was all the motivation I needed to throw everything I can at the project

Up to a point. There is a clause in the contract protecting the landlord from abuse. As it is, I may end up getting a bit of an increase with my current hardware - trying to find out about maybe selling and condensing again or relocating a PC or two someplace else. Like perhaps turn the one into my office machine where its power usage would be minimal compared to the rest of the stuff running.
