from what i read and heard on tv:
yes, but reactor4 hasnt been used for a while... it still had fuel rods inside the pool that were cooling down. water should be at 40C but since water supply was cut after the quake, and radiation from the other reactors was very high which heated up the water as well, so water reached 80C and water levels went down, and somehow this caused a fire, but thats not an issue according to them.
1 and 3 are supposedly stable now, the rods might have melted inside the core containers, but the reactors are flooded and submerged in sea water so they should stay cool... BUT every day they have to vent the core and let out radioactive gases
2 is pretty much the same, BUT the pressure tank the reactor is submerged in has been breached and is leaking...
they are talking about mili sieverts now
up to 400 close to the reactors...
100 is enough to temporarily sterilize you, cause your skin to burn and give you nausea if i understood it correctly (japanese tv news)
EDIT: radioactivity at the entrance of the plant, not NEXT to the reactors, has now reached 590 mili sieverts : / (1000 causes immediate death right?)
and reactor 2 is getting flooded now...
reactor 1 and 3 already are flooded and supposedly "stable"
reactor 5 and 6 are slowly heating up as a little as well, and are going to get more attention now, they will try to keep them cool as well now
