I've never worked with a 790 DDR3 board, but it does seem they are more efficientOnly that Rev 1 890GX UD3H and this 890FX board. I'd pull the UD3H out if it didn't have some serious issues with compatibility. I remember doing 1800 7-6-5-15 or something of the like in 1M, but running 1800 for any amount of time at any latency was extremely unstable. I remember running 1600 CAS 7 at 2.2v
CAS 6 was impossible above 1500.
Infra's results were good clock wise, I guess a little off efficiency wise?
