If you change parts in your water cooling setup every few days, it will look just as clean
I doubt any of his rigs was intact (no liquid/dye swap) for more than few weeks.
Still, whole work of Malik is great inspiration.

Or maybe the secret is simply the Feser tube and of course a good cleaning for the blocks and rad

...and 2 months is hardly long enough for clouding in most cases as well but, the general statement "every few days" is the prevailing time line here.

About tubes on this pictures... that was 10/16 feser one clear/uv blue tubes.
