I'm sure its just a problem with running 6 dimms on an X58 which is why they arent stable at higher frequencies.

That looks good, X58 seems to have a bit more trouble clocking ram due to IMC/board/platform...

I know the higher (really high) bin BBSE would do 2000 7-8-7, kind of a nice cheaper alternative to Hypers
