Most P67 boards had this issue, but they have since been addressed by the other manufacturers through UEFI updates. The issue is still present on this board as of 1.50.
It works fine for me. I am running an i5 2500k @ 4.8, (with PLL enabled) and it goes in and out of sleep mode fine. I have always found that if an overclock is not stable, the pc will wake to a black screen. Just my experience.
