C-N im having boot loops and takes a lot of time to enter bios after i start setting CE1 and EIST (shold i use CE2 etc ? ) and put NORMAL and set dvid... my LOAD vcore is 1,392-1,404 and vid its 1,2550 but happens that sometimes its shows 1,37 so last time i put 0,0100 more and ended on 1,5, then when it showed again 1,2550 was low...so im kinda lost
i see that setting DVID also its very different with LLC1 doesnt drop so much
i will keep on trying laterz as i hate those reboots
cheers

That's the same sort of issue I have with the UD5, if normal vcore would stay put I'm sure I could get it running all be it with a tad more voltage than needed. If you want to use it keep messing about but I have given up with mine its just not good & reliable enough imo.
Good to confirm its not just me with the extra voltage using normal/dvid & Level 1

Ye its not good but with the exception of one chip in this thread that is suspected of meeting the jigawatt perly gates I dont think vcore will kill these things as I said before my 2500K has had 1.7v + level 1 on the UD5 with 1.9v+ VDimm through it for several days & it still runs great.

Hmmm started testing all-core stability and found out I had a bad thermal paste and cpu cooling mount with Corsair H50-1 !
With Corsair H50-1 with MX-3 thermal paste at 4.8Ghz 1.356v load with Prime95 blend test, Realtemp v3.67 and HWInfo32 reported 82-85C load temps about +42C delta above cpu idle temps!
When I went to remove the H50-1 to check the thermal paste contact, it was still hard like and didn't cover entire IHS. So I wiped the MX-3 off, and applied some softer MX-2 and did a remount and what a difference! Corsair H50-1 with MX-2 thermal paste at 4.8Ghz 1.356v load with Prime95 blend test, Realtemp v3.67 and HWInfo32 report 31-35C idle and 55-63C max load temps which is about +24-28C delta above cpu idle temps. A full 22C cooler under load !
Guess I need to do some more testing
Morale of the story - check your cpu mount and tim contact!
Update:
As explained here, after remounting Corsair H50-1 with proper mount and thermal paste contact, I managed to a bit more stability when it comes to all core benchmarking i.e. wprime 1024M at 5.2Ghz 1.490v bios (1.512v idle while ET6 reports 1.50v) windows was passable. But stil this Core i7 2600K L038A660 is hitting a ceiling at 5202Mhz on Gigabyte P67A-UD7 F8x bios.
5215Mhz was max validation and benchmarks below at 5202Mhz 1.512v idle.

got this from another site. its a good read on Mhz vs timings and how sandy bridge handles it.
http://techreport.com/articles.x/20377
You are welcome man, yea sorry about that, i went back to find the cpu pll read point from my review, and it read 3.3v, so i thought wait i remember always hitting that capacitor with my probe, so i tried it and i remembered, its the leg lol.
Glad it worked for you, yea it seems the board overvolts it at stock even without CPU pLL overvoltage, but i think other boards do as well.
i love this UD7 and chip
going up little by little

WHY?????? I CAN'T PUT CL7 IN MY MEMOOOOOOOOS
I have 2 kits of G.Skill 2x2GB DDR3-2200 F3-17600CL7D-4GBXHD Black XRipjaws 7-10-10-27@1.65V
When I put X.M.P. it says that will be 7-10-10-27, but puts 8-10-10-27!
And if I put manually 7-10-10-27 the PC don't boot... Is it possible by bad MB? I tried with 4 sticks individually....
ByE!
I cant do 8GB 7.10.7 either has to be 8.10.8 or no post.
Try 2 sticks in slot 2 & 4 7.10.7 & see how you get on
Timings like this should work if auto is a no go but its a good idea to slacken the subs equally like 4,8,16.... 5,10,20.... 6,12,24
Advanced Memory Settings:
System Memory Multiplier (SPD) ........................[ 21.33
Performance Enhance ...................................[ Standard / sets slack subs good place to start. You can set Turbo/Extreme if you have the subs dialed in manual... but makes no difference performance wise
DRAM Timing Selectable (SPD) ..........................[ Quick
Channel Interleaving ..................................[ Enabled
Rank Interleaving .....................................[ Enabled
Channel A Timing Settings:
##Channel A Standard Timing Control##
CAS Latency Time ......................................[ 7
tRCD ..................................................[ 10
tRP .................................................. .[ 7
tRAS ..................................................[ 27 need what you need to run
tRC .................................................. .[ 34 = tras + trp
tRRD ..................................................[ 4 could also try 5,6
tWTR ..................................................[ 4 could also try 5,6
tWR .................................................. .[ 8 could also try 10,12
tWTP ..................................................[ 19 = twr + twl + 4
tWL .................................................. .[ 7 could also try 8
tRFC ..................................................[ 78 need what you need to run
tRTP ..................................................[ 4 could also try 5,6
tFAW ..................................................[ 16 could also try 20,24
Command Rate (CMD) ....................................[ 1 should run but can try 2
IO Latency ............................................[ Auto runs fine but mine is always 2
Round Trip Latency ....................................[ Auto runs fine mine likes 34/35 on A & 35/36 on B but you will need to select DRAM Timing Selectable to expert to offset this.
You could also try a bit more voltage.
Hope this helps
