No no no, there's no celebrating, i am trying to appreciate some positive change, yes i understand that some form of celebrating happens, please don't confuse this with celebrating. There's nothing to happy about being allowed slightly worse service than than the next guy. I started this thread for multiple reasons one of which was to announce these ( i guess later rather than sooner) change that were supposed to take place. then i start ranting about my political discontent. it's not why the thread was started. Albeit these expressions are populating the thread (which im now thinking to start a thread or petition stein out of CRTC) I was hoping people could fill it with the latest information on the matter.
