99.7 on the TP67 Xe means that you killed the ME of the eeprom, i had this with my first board (MX bios 32Mo) and just killed both eeprom (MX bios 32Mo) of my maximus IUV extreme
Btw ,, maybe the cpu can run better under cold without ME
