I would say its Norton that's the problem here.

norton has been running seamlessly since i built this setup likw 15months ago. recently however ive been having graphics and ati driver issues. 10-10 wont run. 10-11 doesnt work correctly after install, but still works and every other night, the gpu crashes my pc b/c CCC kept the clocks too hight and 10-11 wouldnt let me in to tone it down
