As far as the freeze issue goes, try to disable the C3/C6. It helped for me, and haven't had a crash for like 3 days.
I've actually enabled both c3/c6 now, will see what happens,
I was mainly freezing when idling at stock but running oc now.
When I have time I'll try run longer prime sessions but atm I'll just install some
games and try and get some real world tests for stability.
With the vcore I've set it manually to 1.32, ok it sucks that it idles at 1.32 but
when I was oc first I had it set to offset or auto can't remember and it flew up over 1.4v so I just set it to manual and it holds pretty much at that voltage.
Later when I have time I'll play around with the offset to get it right but I seriously can't understand why asus don't let u set a manual idle voltage and
a turbo voltage, then let the mb auto in between, would make my life less complicated
