-Sandy Bridge support fixed.

Unfortunately, ThrottleStop may no longer be able to increase the turbo multipliers on the new Intel Sandy Bridge CPUs. Burebista could not get this to work on his Core i5-2500K but it might work on a Core i7-2600K.

I'll have to wait for some more testing. Sandy Bridge might be limited to multiplier adjustments in the bios only or you might have to use a motherboard specific tool to do this when in Windows.

Any feedback about this when using a new 2500K or 2600K CPU or a new Sandy Bridge mobile CPU would be appreciated. Include what motherboard model you are using and whether this part of ThrottleStop works or not.
