You can add Direct3D then:

1.Run "regedit"
2.Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\, right-click it and choose New -> Key, named Direct3D;
3. then follow the last guide (with DWORD Value, etc ..).
