Cost less than a 580? No chance in hell its GF110 then. Likely 460s (GF104 as hinted) and *mabey* 560s with revised clocks. It looks longer than the 5970 though I would like to see a dual gpu card with 2 560s and high clocks though, should give a 5970 a run for its money, I just don't see this at under $500usd, just wouldn't make sense performance / placement wise.

GTX560x2 I guess. Still, quite a nice looking card. The cooler seems great!
The pricing and the availability might be able to spoil the picture, though.
Can you even get GTX560 to do Quad SLI?

I really hope they used at least two 570 cores on this card would be a monster. Would have been great if TSMC did not scrap 32nm for 28nm, because being stuck on 40nm has limitations.

Just curious, is it possible to put a physx chip besides the 2 main chips? Hmmm...

There are 4 memory chips on the back. So unless there are 6 somehow stuck in the front, the memory bus is only 256bit. So either an even more castrated GF110 (think gtx465), or it's GF1x4.

that is big and it is real. whatever it is, it will battle 6990 to the death.

gtx 295 called. it wants to retire.

can you tell from the back what it is? I would embed these but they are too huge. suffice it to say the back looks like a 460 to me.

with 2x GTX460 or 560 ( Hexus say GF104 not 114 and cost less of a 580 so ), will be hard to fight with the 6990 with the actual scaling of crossfire. if it's just GF104x2 and they need to down the clock, im not even sure it will fight with 5970 and specially not OC retail Version, Ares, or the Toxic one. ( I just have watch 4 reviews with 460SLI vs 5970, they don't close it )

I wouldn't care if it beat an HD6990 or not if it costs less than a GTX580 and had roughly the same or close to performance as the GTX580. This is a single slot solution which provides Nvidia surround and should work great on SB.

Completely agree with you... this will be great for Surround, and surely a little beast card, specially for this price. A price so low can explain the GF104, they use the old stock and they clean it for the 560.

I really hope if it's dual 8 pin, a 600w psu could handle it. I'd love to dump my 470 for this card (mini itx can't do SLI ).
    You must [not] advance.

Two 460's would be dissapointing.. two 560's would still trail a 6990 in all likelihood

    460 is gone, finito, LOL.

This is a double-5xx. Hopefully a 570x2, and I would put my bet on this, but in worst case can be a 560x2 too.

My bet is getting closer to be right, again . More news is out, and 570x2 seams to be more likely:

EVGA Displays Non-Reference Dual-GPU and GTX 570 Graphics Cards

The double-slot, long graphics card presumably uses two GF110 GPUs to make a SLI on a stick solution. There are two possibilities about the configuration of the two GPUs looking at the eight 1 Gbit memory chips (four per GPU area) on the reverse side of the card: First being 1 GB per GPU over 256-bit memory interface; and second being 12 memory chips on the other side, amounting for 1280 MB per GPU memory over 320-bit memory interface for a core config identical to that of the GeForce GTX 570.
