I don't know exactly, but the newer engineering samples for press are already D2 (screenshot of Core i5-2400 in action and Core i7-2600K here), so I guess they won't be D1.

it is as SoF said, Retails are all D2

Thanks guys, do you expect D2 to clock as well as D1? I mean is it going to be safe to wait for retail versions or should we grab any D1 we can get?
