i already experienced the FF no post bios chip problem before yerterday, it was completely different. The post code led didn't even light up last night
but after an off night
+ half a dozen cpu reseat> that bring the lcd post code back
+ messing 15min to pass the ff code

everytime my board haven't runned for a while i get the ff bug, i usually get it to boot like that: only 1 stick of ram no cpu cooler and i push the bios chip and it's a succeful post. This board is now a real PITA to boot. But once it's warmed up i never get the ff bug again. I contacted EVGA yesterday about my no post code...i'll grab the opportunity to tell them about the cold boot problem to see what they think
anyway now i can at least make a few runs of maxxmen for the country cup!
