According to Anandtech the Kingston SSDNowV+100 (Toshiba T6UG1XBG) has really agressive GC, so it should therfore be really good for a raid array if you need sustained throughput. (Albiet at a price premium).

I've looked everywhere for the 4k performance of the SSDNow S100 but can't find it. Kingston's web site calims "they’re ideal for non-PC applications from gaming and casinos to digital signage". They also use "commercial" grade NAND.

I'd be a bit wary of them without knowing 4k or sustained throughtput performance.
