Didn't work as yet for me but here:

So I tried these and with my setup (4870X2 and a 4870 trifire) I get CTD with BFBC2! Went back to 10.5s again and two hours of play and no CTD and no spawn lag.
Is it too much trouble to make drivers that are better?
I guess AMD doesn't really care about us older card users. I just don't see a need to upgrade when I can still play maxed out.
Oh well....

its obvious you have never developed on the .net platform (or software development in general). the .net platform is very powerful, and can be very fast.the gui interfaces with the drivers settings, but it does not matter if the gui itself is "supposedly" created poorly, it will not affect the drivers performance. at least it does not since vista and windows 7 anyways.

Man are you serious?? Simply the facts are that AMD
is seriously lacking in the multi GPU driver optimization.
Why does everything up to 10.5 work great but everything after doesn't?
Actually I'll answer it for you, AMD wants you to buy new cards so they don't bother to optimize for last years cards. A good friend also has a 4870X2 and has had similar issues after 10.5
Never did I say ALL people will have this problem. Please read carefully before extending your comments.

Oh so ATi is just not doing anything for your 4870X2 & your friends 4870X2, ATi must of singled just you 2 out.
There has been fixes for the 4xxx series since 10.5 & even seen improvements on my friends 3870 CF setup since 10.5 even though its not specifically stated.
Yawn @ whiners....
Install size!! (Like you don't have Terabytes of HD space)
I have to deselect one check box on install!!!! (because you install it every 5 minutes)
CCC!!!!
.Net interface!!!
Really guys, sell your ATIs and go back to Nvidia.... too bad you'll find something to whine about also.

Actually it's common knowledge that driver support for multi GPU's - especially 4870X2 - has been somewhat neglected; seeing several reappearing bugs in the releases through the last year or so.
Well debated over at Rage3d.

I think Im having some issues with AF and Catalyst 10.12, need to test more games, but definitely can't get it to work at all in Crysis whether I use r_UsePOM=0 or ZPOMAF or force from CCC or not or whatever I try. And according to AMD the 6800 series contains "new anisotropic filtering algorithm". Wondering what other's experiences have been...
