Overclocking i7 950 with 24GB of ram

Yeah, I must say I wasn't expecting this either. Seems like an average overclock for the usual amounts of memory.

Judging by the voltages people seem to be using I think the limit on the cpu side are the temperatures. It's already too hot to up the voltages further.

fl0w3n, someday the curiosity will hit me, and I'll do that. But I've been testing the computer for a week and now I need to work on it Another problem is that 2 memory modules are covered by the Silver Arrow (4 if I count the fan which has to be placed just right to fit in the case), and are a pain to take out.

Edit: I'm also stable with x21 uncore (3760) but that needs 1.32v-1.34v, and I don't think it's worth it.
