Don't worry. I'm already back on the previous version.
The latest ones aren't good for the high clocks but I think that they are good for the lower clocks and should probably let you run stable with less NB Voltage. For the first time I was able to run Prime95 at 9 X 450MHz with NB Voltage 1.23V. Not stable but a little longer.
I don't know but maybe it's a good idea to give each BIOS update a different BIOS revision number because the latest isn't always better.
