This is my opinion, QPI & DRAM V is more dangerous than CPU V.
When I tested new chip, I set QPI V @ 1.45v & check uncore mem limit.
If CPU is not so hot, I step up QPI V 0.025V & check uncore mem clock, again.
If your chip uncore is good, you can use high DRAM & uncore (1:2 or more) setting.
But it's not so good, you had better choice 2:3 DRAM/uncore setting nor 1:2 setting.

I'm using water and just by using auto I was able to get 4492 with idle temps under 30.

prime 95 workers would crash out... needs tweaking but its boot stable on auto lol which I thought was impressive
