NOTES
Not much to say since this is the first of the fans, but it did good down at low RPMs and had a blade type resonance issue above about 9V or 1100 or so RPM. As expected producing a fair amount of more air flow per noise level than the 120 sized rad test, but I threw it in here for something to compare. Power consumption is about the same, perhaps a touch better. Good at low RPM, but pretty harsh at 12V. Listen to the video for your own take on that.
