I give up using REX3 for 24/7 PC.
Same as you, I faced sleep mode problem.
I tested XP/Vista/7, all os can not accept sleep mode.
So I change my 24/7 PC mobo to X58A-UD7 rev2.
UD7 does not have any problem with sleep mode.

For X-Cool OC, REX3 is marvelous performance!!
For 24/7 daily use PC, REX3 is wholly sh*t!!
