Im excited to see how these things clock on air, let alone water. If it werent for the fact I had my 5870 since launch, I'd have picked up a 480 due to its potential on water and the 580 appears to me more of the same in the right direction.

If the 6900s are truely delayed, I don't know what to make of the situation. Since I'm running a moderate resolution I have a feeling at lower resolutions the 580 will best the 6970 as with the 5870/480. That said much remains to be seen with Cayman... I'd rather not kick myself later on.
