    My Adaptec 5405 (PCI-e 4X) is working regularly unless I put my ICH10r in raid mode. If the onboard Intel controller is in RAID mode, I have same issue like you.

    Ill try and see if i can update the bios on the card - else i guess i have to wait till asus update a bios for the Rampage mobo..

    I''ve disablet all onboard raid controllers + normal sata controllers is set to ACHI mode
