I've had a hell of a time trying to run my uncore @ 4000Mhz. I can run 2000Mhz no problem with my QPI @ 1.362v and CPU is the same @ 4.2Ghz
What kind of temps do you get on your Northbridge? Your CPU? How long have you been running your QPI at that voltage? is it safe?
I'll do this myself if it's safe and doesn't damage anything.
test with these settings......
