When the BBU for ARC-1880 will become available?

The Areca BBU which already on the market sins the beginning, is the Areca ARC-6120 (officially model name ARC-6120BA-T112) is working on ALL Areca controllers also on the ARC-1880 models

A NEW Areca BBU ARC-6120BA-T113 is only compatible with the Areca ARC-1880ix-12/16/24 ports controllers to keep the 4GB memory longer in cache in case of power outage...

newegg is showing the 24 and 16 port but not the 12 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-072-_-Product

Mmm, strange...!! For Europe I always look at the official distributor which has all Areca stuff and alway's as first the newest Areca models on stock, http://www.webconnexxion.com/raid/index.php?cPath=154.

And there are the ARC-1880ix-12 ports listed, incuded the ARC-1880ixl-8 and ARC-1880ixl-12 (Small Profile model)

Based on 1880ix-12 availability (or lack there of) from other etailers - i wonder if there is production/dissemination problem of some kind.

Yes, they told me there was a production problem due some parts aren't enough available for production..Arghhhhhh!!
