I will run the software on a few PCs and see how it goes. Then I can try more PCs till one Lab is fully crunching. Most of the PCs are the Intel E6550 based IBM Think Centers so they can do some serious number crunching.
Whether they PCs are used or not makes no difference, You NEED to get permission from your superiors to make sure its ok in writing.

Your making the common mistake of thinking because your an admin your god.

You are a long way from being god as their are alot of people higher than you and if you put it on the network and their Power bill goes up substantially which it will you could very quickly find yourself out of a job.
