I'm always using 1.34-1.40V for benching, and 1.28V for memory testing, I'm sure you can lower you Vnb, or go for 600MHz FSB.
Today I tested another stick, Corsair 6400C3. It's a very nice stick, too bad I only have one of these.
For DDR2-1000 CL4 it needs 2.00V, while the Crucial 10th Anniversary kit needs 2.13, for DDR2-800 CL3 it needs 2.13 while the Crucial kit needs 2.22V.
After I finished all my tests, I plugged in the 8888C4 stick ( I only have one stick of those as well), which resulted in no boot. Plugged in the 6400C3, set a higher Vdimm, plugged in the 8888C4, again, no boot. Then I plugged in the 6400C3... no boot. Another memory kit, again no boot. At that point I was starting to get nervous, CMOS Clear and again no boot.
After unplugging everything and using only one stick of value memory I was able to revive it, I'll give it some time to rest now. Would have been really bad to lose a v1.0 UD3P that way.
