    Got a 65G SSD drive KINGSTON 64GB SSDNow V-Series V+ SATA2 2.5 (SNVP325-S2B/64GB)
putting Vista once. Oh my god the amount of updates..
But now iam thinking to put Win 7 on to it.. while is young hehe..

    Also some monitoring stuff.
2x Phobya temperatur sensor in / outer thread G1/4 with Display (blue) For the IN temps GPU / CPU
1x Phobya temperatur sensor in / outer thread G1/4 for the OUT Temp to the CPU so i get an indication of the water temp going into the loop.

The 2x IN is the water coming from the GPU/CPU to the res/pump i get an indication of how hot or the load these babies produce.
The 1x Out to the CPU will give some indication for the temp difference between hot / cooled going to the CPU block.
I recall from the previous set up there was about 10c difference between ambient temp and the temp on the blocks.
I just hope the delivery arrives today and be able to put it up tonight.

Forgot to mention. Next time i get a Mac.
With this f. OS 10000 updates and all the funny little twicks. As the SSD is 65Gb only needed to relocate my folders, settings etc to the 1TB space i have.
    Easyer said than done..

The cooling liquid is evaporating. The difference is quite significant i would say if iam to compare with my previous build where the liquid level was about the same a year later. On this setup its between days where one can notice the difference..

Are you sure it's not just leaking?
Sometimes I think the same thing and realize that there are still some air pockets in the radiators.

Unless you notice a leak, or have to continuously add water for an extended period of time, I (with only a couple years of experience, please, someone correct me if I have made an egregious error and need to check my rigs) would say that you're just filling in the gaps...

Moving the case up-down-left-right i don't see or hear any air pockets.
I wish this is the case still and i am filling the gaps as you say.

My water temp is anything between 20-30c depending.
For example if the room is closed with no air coming in our out the ambient is higher of course. My water is 28-30C in the rad/res.

    Long time no seen.

Question: How to have all of the work made above gone and the case broken in 5 seconds.

Answer: Leave your 9month baby boy, unattended for 5 secs. And how?? for the love of god, did he manage to brake the bottom of the case!

    Solution: Make a new case.

    Current: Making a new case!

The new build come along just fine. (not)
Several miss-haps and a pool of blue liquid and some leaks from the fittings in the middle of the night resulting to a horrible scenario.
The quick fittings are other than any way predictable. By attaching one of them resulted to a "not good fit" with of course the rad bleeding almost dry before i manage to "properly secure it".
the www info says Please Note: The female connector's safety slide must be pulled back completely to ensure a tight seal when separated.
Well it did But it didn't. Of course is the matter of who to trust here. Trust me i was there..or here!! Any way. Pool of water cooled liquid on the floor, and the cabling as it slashed the corner of the room where it come in contact with the molex. Fuse down, pitch black! What to clean fitst, the pool pf water, disconnect the power cables, get the lights on.
Any way. it come about right with only a compression fitting 45° revolvable left licking.
    The Epic Saga continues.

Long time since the last update.

It was about time to clean the CPU block. Its been running since 02-13-2008, 24/7 on a OC QX6700 @3.6Ghz

Now, before everyone goes about on the liquid, remember this been running on the same liquid for quite some time.

nice work, I like the simplicity of the external loop casing, and I like the display of it. good thing you check up on things too, that gunk looked pretty gross.

For anyone looking into getting these Phobya quick coupling kit bulkhead 13/10mm
Yes you should FEAR IT... It looks like that these fittings are not only restrictive but the where leaking as well. Thus the reason for the spil about a week ago. Not To mention that are highly restrictive on your flow.
So i will be replacing them in the future. Already started with 2 of them.
i have 8 )16 pieces in total, yes its crazy. they costed me a fortune.
Note: A common reason for possible leaks during operation is that the safety slide of the female connector is not handled correctly. It must be pushed back completely and lock in place to ensure a safe seal.
This is true. But this is not what happened to my self as the middle part, the one pushed back, is hanging loose in 2 of them meaning the mechanism inside must be faulty.
I believe this was the cause for air entering the loop as well.

    Time for an update.

Not much going on. While waiting for making a new system, i thought it was time to remake the watercase.
This is what i come up with. Some explanation about the more open design. First it allows better air ventilation, Second you do not have the close case as before and it is more easy to do things, like cleaning or adjustments.
Third. No i did not took the time to design this on paper so some things did not work out and had to be adjusted on the fly. For example the ventilation holws at the back 120mm. I have the PA rads. both the old and the new ver. The old is a bit bigger and i thought it was only the spacing for the fans that mattered. Well , guss again. The input 1/4 holes are higher that the other PA so it did not fit and i had to "cut" some of the plexi out in order to make space for it. (no picture).
Any way this is what i come up with
