    Here ya go. CrazyNutz modded the bios for me in another thread a few days back.
    Not sure about the fan speed though. I don't know if that has been resolved besides w/ eVGA bioses. My card is on water so I can not test it myself.
    Thanks, I'll give it a try. The Asus DirectCU 768MB worked, 1.21V and 100% fan. 93% is highest RPM though

    Hopefully I can rejoin GTX460 owners soon. I sent both my KFA cards back in the end and am getting them replaced with a set of Asus DirectCu 1GB 460s instead. The main reason I decided to do this is because as much as I liked the KFA cards, dual BIOSes were a pain in the arse and the fans on them were LOUD. I never realised how loud until I stuck the 5830 back in.

    You won't be disappointed with the DirectCU cards. They're cool and quiet and overclock well!

    Is it the same as the dcu top version? I've got the dcu top and want to flash my bios, but since it is the first time for me, I am unsure about what could happen if there are differencies.

    The Top version has higher stock clocks.

    I've just modded the TOP bios from earlier in this thread for you.

    Yep, same cards, one is just stock clocked higher and probably given slightly more default GPU voltage.

    I never said nvflash 5.88 worked, pretty sure I've said in here it doesn't work and you need at least nvflash 5.91 You deffo didn't do something quite right anyway, tis a simple step process;

    nvflash --protectoff
    nvflash --eraseeeprom
    nvflash -j -4 -5 -6 filename.rom

    I'm not doing millions of different personal custom BIOSes it'll take far too much time. Everybody gets the same treatment;

    - 3D GPU 800MHz
    - 3D Memory 2000MHz
    - Voltage limit 1.2v
    - 3D Voltage 1.1v
    - 2D voltage 1v
    - 100% fanspeed on applicable cards.

    Clocks ARE changed to 800/2000. You may have a dual BIOS on your card which prevents the sticking of modified clocks. Or, you may simply just need to clean the drivers out and reinstall. GPU is set to 800 as its a safe value for everybody. People using these BIOSes are doing so at their own risk, but out of my own morals I still have a responsibility to try and ensure nobody gets any problems.

    There is, but I really don't recommend it. Much safer doing it in pure DOS.

    1. Look at the shader speed, the shader is tied with GPU clock so half shader speed is GPU speed. EG: 1600 shader is 800MHz GPU.

    2. Yeah, Afterburner only changes 3D GPU voltage.

    3. Ta I have nothing better to do atm so I'll rebuild the BIOSes with some extra tweaks for people.
