GTX 460 aftermarket coolers

Is that at stock speeds? Because I saw someone else with two gigabytes in SLI hitting 99 degrees in Furmark at stock speed.

I'm only at 67°C in SLI (F@H 840 core). Lowest card is 7°C cooler. Damn Gigabyte
