Is it called Allegro in your country? In Europe its called a 323 and in the US a Protege. I got one too, look a few pages back.

Funny how they use many different names for one car.. Allegro reminds Europeans of 1970's and Austin Allegro, the worst car of all time
Japanese cars often seem to have original model names in Europe and then something totally different behind the seas..

True, but now its almost cool to have a Pinto since they got such a bad rap before...

I think driving a Pinto would be cool, especially with a worked over 302 and a quiet exhaust. Make a sleeper out of it.

I'm seeing a lot of people posting up their license plates... probably not the best idea... >.>
This cosmic dance of bursting decadence and withheld permissions, twists all our arms collectively, but if sweetness can win, and it can, then I'll still be here tomorrow to high-five you yesterday, my friend. Peace.

True. If you do that, you shouldn't tell anything else about your car than what can be seen from outside pics.. If you're sending 10 pics of your new ICE and turbo, someone can get tempted to go and get some "spare parts"

I dont know if it is as big of a deal as it used to be, I know you have to have a damned good reason before the DMV will give you information based on a license plate number...

Yea, but the main concern would be the one i wrote a few messages up. Some pro can catch here your plate, see what's installed from your boast messages and go get them. At least in Finland you can send the reg plate by sms and you get all the needed information to go to that car's owners house..

Not here, you have to file a request with the DMV and you need a darn good reason for the to give it to you. That is unless you are a cop or have access to police resources...

OK, that's understood there where you have burglars behind every corner But in fact, I would appreciate that kind of system here too..

It used to be that way here too. That is until the 1970s, stalkers begun recording the license plate numbers of pretty girls and then finding out where they live from the DMV. It didnt turn out so good for some of those women so they made the information a lot harder to get...
