On the picture of die it seems there is gpu part on top of it and it is aproximately 25% of whole die, so it would be ~17,5nm^2.

There was second picture with larger onrario die, so it might be that those lower powered versions have 40sp + 2 cores and larger one has 80sp + 4 cores.

that looks like cache to me. the four quadrants in the middle is most likely where the bobcat and gpu cores are.

It probably has 40sps, its tiny.
You people however seem to forget that this chip is intended for NETBOOKS, its atom competitor, not culvs.
And for what it is, it seems like a killer chip. cant wait for a proper netbook with this.

i guarantee you they wont make a 40sp igp. that's not possible with their arch.
