AMD Ontario APU pictured,die size ~77mm^2

on 40nm 1 SIMD unit is ~16mm2. then again if this is fully synthesized it should be much larger.

On the picture of die it seems there is gpu part on top of it and it is aproximately 25% of whole die, so it would be ~17,5nm^2.

There was second picture with larger onrario die, so it might be that those lower powered versions have 40sp + 2 cores and larger one has 80sp + 4 cores.
