Is there an air cooler QVL list or something, are 9 cm coolers the way to go for air Tower size coolers ? Tried 4 120mm coolers yesterday (glacialtech, Scythe and Thermalright), either I block the rams or the GPU slot ... maybe once the H70 is in the house I'll mount that for the review...

Looking forward to some ram action on this mini nifty board...

Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree

6.6GHz and 245 BCLK, and things are just getting started. This board is insane.

This one fits, but I did have to put electrical tape on the GFX card side of the heatsink itself, as it was too close for my comfort

Let me know if you would like an image.

I needed something quick and cheap for initial testing, wish I would have known which "Tower" type coolers fit though, just wasn't sure which easily could fit with a GFX card installed.

They should make a QVL, one for with GFX, and one without.

You actually made me buy one of this sweet little thingies!

Holy Moly paired with i5 760 ES (VID: 1.1V) and 4GB of corsair xms3, hopefully I will score some 3.8 with low voltage. Let's say I've made myself a psychological barrier of 1.3V and 3.8GHz.

Still, I am somewhat concered about longevity of this board if clocked that high. I know you can't tell me exactly what is the safest clock for 24/7, but still I am looking for some ca. advice if possible

BTW, mad results with this board, just astonishing!

    Big thank you to dinos!

what i would do is find your 24/7 clocks with about 1.2vcore and 1.3vtt that's it
if you are watercooling make sure you have a fan over the pwm area ...

Thanks. I have corsair H50 and it will be mounted so that it draws air from outside and blows it over the mobo

I had the mobo without a fan over it running stock and it got pretty damn hot, then I just put one fan@5V and temperature drop was quite significant.

EDIT: vcore 1.2V when it droops or in bios?

Bios set to 1.2 under load gives 1.136V and boots 3.5GHz fine. VTT 1.29V
    1.25V bios -> 1.184V cpuz 3.8GHz, VTT 1.31V

I am really amazed what it can do. Dinos "Safe voltage" bumped me up to 3,8GHz stable. I still cannot believe it. More than enough, I hoped to reach 3.5 and hit the wall with those voltages.

Pocket rocket holy moly is my favourite piece of hardware for sure!

I am getting BSOD when resuming from S3 standby.

    Updating BIOS did not help.

I am getting In Page Kernel error. Any solution on that, or I need to reinstall windows?

I could reinstall OS, but for now I don't want to, I've just installed it

    Stock settings.

I'll reinstall them when I buy new GPU if the problem won't be gone.

I plan to verify no DOA then go straight to cascade prep - conformal coat, dielectric grease and eraser.

    +1....my 655K was horrible....I tested on water & LN2
It just barely broke 6GHz on LN2 (validation only), and seemed like it would've been tough to stabilize above 4GHz on water I already sold it.
