This RAM is rated for 1.5v @ DDR3-1333 or 1.65v @ DDR3-2400 (XMP profile), I'm already giving it 1.71v.

Unfortunately the NB doesn't want to run high FSB with RAM 2:1, even though the RAM is more than capable of it.
