It looks like GTX 475 is coming soon.

Anyone noticing prices decreases? I'm seeing the 480 rising by 10%.

I like my GTX470's, got all three of them for $270 or there about in the last few weeks. I am under water so temps are not an issue. If Nvidia does release a new Fermi that beats them at a slightly lower price then good for them, but I will still be happy with mine. You can always wait for something better just right around the corner, but at some point you have to make a purchase or live with an old GPU. Prices are good for consumers, there are not too many games that can't be played with a single card from either camp in the $200 plus range.

I did find a GTX470 the other day for $260 USD after $30 mail in rebate. By and large though I don't see an major price cuts, just the usual sporadic sales.

Newegg has 480's for $450 every weekend, sometimes less with MIR's. ECS $449 -$30 rebate right now. Thats really good and competitive pricing, i'll pick up a few in a week or two.

If you'd bother reading the news it didn't say anything about a GTX 480 pricedrop, only GTX 470 and 465.
