cpu and nb volt. comes with their own options.

One thing from P09-->P11 is the "Core releaser" in the main menu.

What have you been using to update your bios for that board? I never got it to work coming off a floppy and I'm terrified to do it from within Windows using that piece of software Foxconn has...

I always use foxlive update (bios loaded from HDD). Never had a problem even downgrading bios.

Flashed with the P11 and so far everything is great. The system actually seems quite a bit smoother. Fewer hiccups. I tried having a go with the core releaser as I have a 720 BE but windows wouldn't load no matter what speed I tried it at. Bummer. I caught a thread on another forum where one member was granted a P12 beta from Foxconn R&D that provided no noticable increase in performance. I'm just glad to see Foxconn is still releasing updates for this board!

Well the major thing I see here is the NB voltage control on the CPU. Before this bios, getting higher speeds was not possible due to the NB voltage not being adjustable.

Dose turbo boost and CnQ function correctly? Also how well are the X6's O/Cing in the board with P11 or P12 bioses?

I downloaded the P11 BIOS update, but when I try to run it, I get a 64bit not compatible error. I couldn't run the BIOS update off of a CD or USB. The only way I was able to do the p11 BIOS update was through the Foxconn Liveupdate utility. So anyone not wanting to run updates off of the Foxconn utility should really check it out, VERY SIMPLE!!!!!

Thanks for posting the BIOS. I applied it to my A7DA-s and all seems good. Nice additions.

Anyone having success OCing a 1055 on it? What speed did ya manage?

    Cheers!

poppa I am trying to find a good price on a used 1055. If I do I will be sure to post results. 4.0GHZ 24/7 would make my day!

Guys, will the separate NB voltage controls only apply to X6 chips? I upgraded to P11 today and I did not see this option with my PII 940 chip.

Is there a BETA BIOS later than P12? Any support for X6 1100T? Thank you.

If the 1090T is supported then the 1100T should run.
