I'm curious as to if anyone here is running a GTX 295 (single PCB) on an X48 ASUS motherboard?
If so, please could you take the time to upload a CUDA-Z Screenshot of your Performance tab
I have a feeling that PCI-E 2.0 is running a bit slow on my ASUS motherboard, (~4600MB/s as opposed to 5000MB/s as tested on CUDA-Z on another board).
    Thanks
    John

So now I need to uninstall everything, then install 6600, upgrade to 6620 and then install creative + licenses. Right?

Thank you very much for the screenshot SoLoR
    Is your PCI-E bus running @ 100Mhz?
and do you have PCI-E Spread Spectrum disabled?
If so.... I will yet again send another bug report to ASUS as 4600MB/s (2700MB/s on a cold boot) is not good enough for a GTX 295 Single PCB

i think 4600/2700 even a hair lower than what you expect.. is totally normal though.. and cant imagine a RMA request for that...

Thank you very much for your constructive input guys
My guess is we are duped by the usual "metric" conversions. ie. 5Gt/s = 4800 MB/s or something like that, either that or losses due to IRQ allocation and the DMI.
My P5E3 cannot handle raising the PCI-E frequency at all, rock solid stable @ 100Mhz, some minor and rare artefacting @ 101Mhz and then a lot of weird behaviour @ 102Mhz, have not tried any higher as my guess is it will become more unstable.
Got to love X38 and it's flawed implementation of PCI-E 2.0!

Thank you Solor I've been able to install succesfully the new drivers for my SupremeFX II with EAX till 4.

There is any way to enable DDL or DTS Connect encoder? I use the spdif optical output and can hear games only in stereo.

I had DTS Connect enabled until the SoundMAX_Audio_61026270_vista64bit driver. With the next version of soundmax drivers it stops working

    Thank you for your effort

Hey guys, nice to see a lot of traffic still in rampage formula thread! i bought an open box mobo and there's no sound card of course. Is there any way to make the optical output work without the card? If so with which driver, cause from asus site it says it doesn't support my hardware or smth like that.. I was reading the thread and saw Solor's posts about some modded drivers and weird things and got lost
