Sure man, all am I saying is that 'money' is the number one factor of the list that has a lot of bad influence on every (not just ours) community at every corner of this world. But things like "cool impression, top cl-ass attitude, egos and e-penis" cannot be controlled. If your parents raised you right, then you are right man. There is nothing more to do in order to change the behaviour of any person who submits scores. You simply can't and it's normal.
So I'm the only one doing it just for the chicks?![]()

that's the true spirit of overclock
people still cheat even without money involved, someone can't accept to be the second, that's the problem.
money and so on are all a bunch of excuses.
we can do 2 things, give it up and change hobby just because we have a small number of cheaters or continue to do what we love, overclock.
i'm going without any doubt for the second one, probably i will never be the first in the ranking on hwbot but who care about that.
to have fun i don't need to be the first of the ranking.

Girl: Oh baby, look how big it is.
Boy: Yeah, sure it's cool
Girls: May I touch it ? I want to feel it in my hands.
Boy: Ok but be careful, it's not wise to play with my toys.
Girl: What's filled inside ?
Boy: That's LN2 baby and this is my pot.

WTH! You guys all get chicks by overclocking.
After the GOOC EU 2010, I had this huge golden cup as hand luggage with me. I scored a total of 2 good looking English chicks that gave after overclocking and two grandmothers that for no reason acknowledged the fact that I had a golden cup.
I'm doing something wrong, I think.
Where courage, motivation and ignorance meet, a persistent idiot awakens.
Girls in these competitions should have their batch in handy.
First letter: Available, Married,
Second letter: Region ( PAL / NTSC )
Third letter: date month etc etc
I suggest to establish another contest called MIL'O' 2010 - Motherboards I would Like to OverclockOk, let's get serious then

Food for thought... If you really love the forum and truly believe in the honesty and integrity of those running it, why would you silence those that question that? Why not let the honesty and integrity speak for itself?
Why not allow these discussions go on in the open? Surely there is a truth out there somewhere that will eventually be uncovered if these discussions are allowed to run their course. By silencing dissenting viewpoints and "taking it to PM" I think a lot of issues that are important to forum goers get buried. This leaves the average guy like me wondering what is going on and wondering who I can trust.
Along the way we might have to hear some accusations made that we don't like, some previously respected individuals may lose some of their standing, and some hidden agendas may be revealed; but just silencing people because they voice an opinion that you don't want to hear isn't right.
Banning should be reserved for people who are blatantly abusive. I don't even think those who were caught cheating should be banned form the forum. Just because they've been publicly outed as being unehtical doesn't mean they shouldn't have a voice. If they have the balls to show their face and talk about their deceitful actions, so be it. Again, honesty and integrity will speak for themselves, and so will lies and deceit. I say let people talk, and the truth will be found.
See now Dave, you derailed this whole thread
Thanks![]()
