I really like AMD Phenom II X6 CPU with 890FX MB , because there is high C/P value and running over DDR3-2000 MHz (4x2GB) .
I think the new value is useful for Graphic users of Photoshop and PRO-E tools .

I tried that the Verification of AMD Phenom II x6 with 790FX MB can not run DDR3-2000 MHz .
This time , to try the combination of Phenom II X4 C3 version with 890FX MB running barely DDR3-1980 MHz ( 2x2GB ) .

Task Manager >> CPU usage 100% , Physical memory usage 3.88GB/4GB
    MemTest 100% Pass

    MemTest 500% Pass

    MemTest 1000% Pass , burning 2hr.

That has been known for ages, GSkill's whole lineup basically consists of PSC Powerchip.

Hi, I'm wondering which set to buy, Flare 1800 CL7 or 2000 CL7. I'm using Asrock 890gx extreme3 and phenom 1055T, is the motherboard going to be a problem for the memory OC. The second one costs extra 50 Euro, and I'm not sure what kind of improvement it's going to make when itinsn't used in a benchmark.

    Hello ,
    ASrock 890GX Extreme supports Dual Channel DDR3 1800(OC) ,
GSkill Flare series is designed for AMD Platform ,
    DDR3-2000MHz @AMD Platform is exciting .

You can check G.Skill Flare series supporting QVL of AMD-MB .
So far , I found only ASUS AMD-890FX MB supporting DDR3-2000MHz.

Till now the Gskill Flares 2000C7 are only working properly on the listed Asus boards... 2000Mhz C7 on another board is a no go here... even 1800C6 doesn't work 100% stable... C7 however is...
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree
