    With a D5 I would not go past +30c Look into IWika pumps or like those. D5 is for water cooling only IMO.

    For bending the evap. One way is by hand and lots of patients. Another is using compression fittings if you can recharge it or have it done.
    If all of this is over your means take it to a shop and have it done for you.
