Anyway, now is good;we finaly have an official bios version. But my question is : wich is better 1608 or the one from bingo13 1609? any changes or new things from 1608 to 1609 ?
Well I just played for 5 minutes on both..Most notable change in 1609 is manual changes to overclock the cpu in the BIOS actually stick when booting into the OS meanwhile in 1608 they don't meaning you would still need to software overclock.

Just found an issue with the M4A89GTD-Pro:

When LLC is enabled, proper voltage will be applied to CPUv, and additional voltage will be applied if needed
When LLC is off, a .05v droop is added to the CPUv. Furthermore, when the CPU is fully loaded, voltages will decrease down to Default (1.35v).

I wish I could verify using a Voltmeter, but I'm not sure where the voltage line is at on this board. Bingo if you can help me there, I could see if this is just a software bug or an actual BIOS bug.

The same problem here with M4A89TD Pro.
    Waiting for your voltmeter result.

I don't really think that it is a LLC Bug.
I guess the reason for LLC is that voltage decrease that most of the latest ASUS boards have. (Like the M4A79/M4A79T and many other 790FX based boards from ASUS that don't even have something like LLC).

Yeah. The bug is the ~0,1V load drop (without LLC) compared to original value which you have set in the BIOS.

this, and with LLC "auto" it adds volt under load, but not when booting into win7

need to set the vcore higher to boot if i put it on Auto, otherwise if i set it to "enable" it's all fine

does that mean that if I set the vcore manually to a value in bios and not to auto then the +0.1V vcore under load is not existent?

Hey bingo13, is the new Beta for the C4F almost ready?

I know you guys are tweaking the voltages, and I'm kind of learning my way around 0905, but man... Turning LLC on for the IMC almost seems dangerous!

I've left it off for the last few revisions and set voltages manually, but I turned it on tonight trying to settle things down and my IMC hit 1.60v's!
It actually went higher than my core v's...I won't turn it on again...

I appreciate all the work you folks have been doing, but we need a new bios for the folks who bought your high dollar AMD board...

    Thanks..... Dave

don't think so, the LLC bug will be there still, just saying if u set it to Enable, will let u boot with lower vcore at start

Sorry about the delay, been a bit under the weather this week. I will have an update from R&D on Sunday night. We actually went back and did a ground up new build based on the latest AGESA code that is performing better in all areas now. I will know a release date shortly.

The same holds true for the M3N series. On the M4A79, should have something very soon.

I saw a new BIOS 1206 for the M3A(AM2+, 770+SB600). The release description says that new CPUs are supported but in the CPU support page I don't find anything new. Does this BIOS support Thuban?
