    But I can run cinebench @1733Mhz 1.70v w/ DMM on the IC leg, HWmonitor and bios tells me that is 1.65v

    Had a feeling those clocks were stable in windows.

    EDIT:
    Not sure about that voltage loss thing. If your board is ov'ing by .05v I'd be concerned.
