Just one to open peoples eyes to what's possible:
    X5670 on a SM X8DA3 @3070MHz( on turbo)
    6x1 gig DDR3-1333 ECC
Old Leadtek 7800GTX( this has got to go! )
single 320 gig Seagate Sata drive
    PCP+C 750w(red)
    4x80mm case fans
    330watt 100% load
    Daily production of 81-82,000WCG PPD
    So 330w for 81,000+ PPD..Match those numbers?

I don't think it can be matched but I'm also betting that someone will do so.
That machine is also #5 in daily output projectwide based on the last weeks results on Boinc's stats page

    Honestly,I don't know but I thought they were "80+"
I buy them because I trust them.
In 4 years and 4 machines on them never had one fail me.

What about just running it headless?

If you removed some of the RAM sticks you could reduce the power consumption even more.
