Thats a great NB clock out of the box indeed, but look at the default volts: 1.5V. My 1013 chip defaulted at 1.35V and would do 3300Mhz out of the box. When running 3600-3700Mhz in competition I was pushing 1.55V so maybe there is a revelation here in sheeps clothing. Maybe, just maybe the CPU NB can handle more volts than initially thought. I certainly hope so, because I hate to admit what voltage I've had to run to hit 3900Mhz+ CPU NB under phase. But I will say this...my chip seems to have loosened up and OC's both overall CPU and NB much easier now after being tortured under high voltages and Mhz.
Great chip you picked up OTCan't wait to see your bench results down the road with that puppy
