I think lower-mid 1.7s is generally considered safe for 24/7 but not 100% sure. For 24/7 use I never really needed to raise vdimm above stock, but I only primed this setup to 506*9 1620 6-6-4-16-52, I always ran mine at 1.66 bios which is like 1.63v.

That was the baseline run for this setup to get a workable template, all runs after used 1.66 bios. With F8c PL8 is the lowest it will let me drop but PL wont affect vdimm.

Hi guys i have a couple of question´s
Iam looking for a chipset cooler for ep45-ud3p , iam using a thermalright ultra extreme and the 1st pci-e 1x is being used by my xonar stx , so in your opinion is there any cooler that can fit in?
Other thing is , if i place the sound card in the pcie 16x orange the first one will work @ 8x like it did when you used 2 gpus?
    Thz in advance.

Anyone else on the EP45T-UD3P not able to adjust memory timings with memset?

So annoying having to keep going back to the bios to tighten timings after achieving a good overclock.

Always nice to see you round here andressergio. Some great games by Uruguay btw

    I'm using Version 4.0

Whenever I go to adjust the CAS or any other timings for that matter, it just reverts back to the last value.

I need cpu termination voltage , cpu refrence , and mch reference .
Has i said in advanced settings iam using 900, 900 , 0 ,50 , but iam going crazy because its orthos stable and now in BC2 i get CTD sometimes the sound loops and i get a blue screen and it reboots iam losing all the hope...

tCL can't be changed from Windows.

Other timings should work, even with older versions of MemSet.

Iam was using 1.38 for 500 fsb....
Really dunno what to do , what bugs me the most its that the guys that have a e8400 @ 500 fsb posted they´re settings in ET6 and i need bios values....
I bought 2 30mm revoltec fans and seated them in the chipset without cover , and also used MX-3 instead of the hard rock type of paste they use in the chipset , a really nightmare to take off btw...
Iam gonna test now @ 1.44 but i dont have much hope....
The only thing that amuses me its that my Reapers (old ones) are passing memtes96 without prob @ turbo @ 5-5-5-15 @ 2.3 volts coming from a set that cost´s 55€ i must say its pretty good D9 ftw.
Thz mate for the help i post some feedback late this night ....

I have news, i noticed that in occt the test was called large ffts so i tough well this test is mainly for rams/chipset , so i run orthos cpu test, and didnt get an error , swapped the orthos test to the memory test (large test) and bang error 1 sec!
So the conclusion is that the problem is indeed in the chipset!
Now i changed the strap from 2.4 b (333) to 2.0 (400) hoping that it would relax some timings in the chipset and hell now it passes 4 tests then fail.
So i guess its more stable, btw i forgot to say that i know its the chipset cause the rams pass 4 loops on memtest96 so....
    Iam running vtt @ 1.32 pll @ 1.5 cpu ref @ auto mch @ 1.38 mch ref @ 0.726
    Advanced: 900 900 0 50...
Going to up volts on mch and rams to see if that helps brb!

well andre i have ddr2 but i meant your awesome l2 cache speed cause my speeds are much lower and i also use 500 fsb so does the clockspeed of 4.5 GHz realy make that big diffrence? il post my scores tomorrow oke?
