ok so now i am completely and utterly about ready to go postal.

i haven't touched my camera for at least a week, if not more.

IMMEDIATELY i start getting backfocus images with my 50mm f/1.4, oh yeah im just freaking out,,, so i throw on my 85mm f/1.8,,, yeah you b|tch, now it's front focusing.....
and my exposures are way off,,,, wtf!

this would have turned out better had the focusing been right and exposures been right.
i am livid to say the least right now.

this morning it seems to be ok,,, i guess my camera is trying to tell me to use it and stop leaving it sit.

this one turned out nice. the bottom leaf (bottom center) got cut off just a little, had i known i would have drop the camera just a tad more.

yeah i gotta agree im not a photag. but lestat and tarowah are among my fav's here and i visit this thread on a daily basis just to look @ the pics. and there are a few other ppl here that do amazing work but then i have to go back and look through 100+ pgs to find names. but anyways guys keep it up for the non photag types i still love to view and perceive through someone elses eyes and places i cannot afford to be . thank you to all of you

I think I have the least amount of talent of the people that post their images here, I just dont think I am any good at this but I have a lot of fun doing it so I keep coming back trying to learn from what I see others doing.

The hawk shot was not in a plane lol, I was trying to get closer to the tree two hawks were in but I spooked them and they took flight, here is the tree right before the second one flew away.

oh its a great shot man, its just the angle and the way it was shot looks like it was from inside a plane, it looks, atleast to me like you are way high in the air.
the clouds make it look that way.
